HYC Meetings

Members’ meetings

  • The AGM is held before December each year, typically the last Friday of November, and is when the financial statements for the previous year are presented. This is also when new projects are typically proposed.

  • The Budget Meeting is held before the end of February, typically the last Friday in February, and is when the Committee of Management will present the budget for the current year. This is also typically when proposed projects will be voted upon.

  • The Elections Meeting takes place prior to the end of September, typically the last Friday in September, and is when the members vote for the members of the Committee of Management, Review Committee and Elections Committee.

All voting members of HYC will receive a meeting notice via email letting them know the date and time along with an agenda, any additional documents and a reminder for proxy voting.

All voting members of HYC are able to assign a proxy if they are not able to attend a meeting by using the proxy form.
