Curry Chick Salad
3 c chopped cooked chicken
1 (11-ounce) can mandarin oranges, drained
1 (8-ounce) can sliced water chestnuts, drained
1 c chopped celery
½ c mayonnaise
2 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp curry powder
Salt to taste
Lettuce leaves
Combine first 9 ingredients; mix well. Chill 2 hours. Serve on lettuce leaves. Yield: 4 to 6 servings
